Their technology meticulously tracks each customer's journey across websites, native apps, and other digital touchpoints, helping businesses eliminate friction and pain points on their platforms.
 
At the heart of Quantum Metric's offering is Continuous Product Design, a groundbreaking approach that aligns business and technical teams around a single, automatically quantified version of the truth, focused on what matters most: the customer's perspective. This alignment enables teams to learn faster, collaborate more effectively, and release products with confidence.

The Challenge

Given the intense competition in this space and the unique capabilities of Quantum Metric's platform, the initial challenge was to craft a compelling and easily understood narrative that would resonate with senior executives within the SIZE network, a consortium of high-profile brands renowned for their strategic and innovative approaches. The goal was to ensure these leaders embraced Quantum Metric's story and actively promoted it within their organizations, encouraging their teams to fully engage with the technology.

The Journey

The partnership between SIZE and Quantum Metric began with a C-suite executive from a leading Fortune 500 company. This executive, having successfully integrated Quantum Metric's technology within their organization, not only invested in the company but also recognized the potential for SIZE Co-Founder Craig Kornblau to leverage his storytelling capabilities, GTM expertise, and significant network to accelerate Quantum Metric's growth.
 
Recognizing the alignment, the executive introduced Craig to Quantum Metric's founder, Mario Ciabarra. This introduction was pivotal, facilitating a connection that allowed SIZE to explore how Quantum Metric's cutting-edge technology could serve the needs of its influential network.
 
Craig and SIZE Co-Founder Brian Schwartz soon began evaluating Quantum Metric's solutions. They quickly recognized that the platform's sophisticated features and cultural fit aligned well with SIZE's strategic objectives. Soon after, Mario, Craig, and Brian formalized the partnership, positioning Quantum Metric as a valuable resource for SIZE's network of elite brands.

The Process

Through frequent interactions with executives from leading enterprises, Craig & Brian pinpointed a common challenge: the difficulty of detecting digital friction in real time and assessing its impact on customer journeys and financial results. 

 

Craig and Brian extensively analyzed available technologies to address this, comparing them with Quantum Metric's capabilities. Their due diligence revealed that Quantum Metric's advanced tools for providing actionable insights and real-time management of digital friction met their criteria as a best-in-class solution.

 

Confident in Quantum Metric's potential to be transformative for their network of C-suite executives at significant brands, Craig and Brian utilized their expertise in digital transformation to refine Quantum Metric's storytelling and adjust its go-to-market (GTM) strategy. They focused on targeting specific brands struggling to identify and quantify digital friction.
